The following is an excerpt from the CQP rules:
EXCHANGE:
California stations send QSO number and county. Stations outside of
California
send QSO number and U.S. State, ARRL Canadian section, or
Country.
Note that California stations working other California stations must log
the complete
exchange, including county even though they all count as the 'CA'
multiplier.
Entries with incomplete or improperly logged QSOs will be subject to
penalties
or disqualification.

As you can see the rules require the country name to be entered. When a
DX station
is worked with TRlog the country name appears on the screen but will not
let you
enter anything or even enter it automatically into the log.
As long as I've been involved in CQP and using TRlog this has been a
problem.
