I continue to be amazed at the lack of response for what I think
should be a simple issue.
For reasons I won't go into here, I decided to terminate my teleport
account in January (n6tr@teleport.com).
At one point, I was told that my e-mail could be forwarded to my
new address - but then for some reason, this was never done. This
would still be nice as I am sure that I am missing e-mail sent to me.
However, the really unacceptable situation that continues to exist
is that mail sent to my old teleport address DOES NOT BOUNCE. As
a result, I have many upset customers who think I am ignoring them.
What is worse, I don't even know who they are.
I feel strongly that it is a reasonable expectation that this
situation be resolved. I have tried for over 4 months with no
success.
