I've put together a new version of the .dom file for the Virginia QSO Party
that includes the Independent Cities of Virginia as well as counties as mults
(Independent City mults are new this year). If anyone wants a copy, they can
send me email.
The version of the file that you'll get is set up for in-state Virginia
stations, but can be edited to remove the states and provinces for out-of-state
stations.
And, yes, in answer to K4OAQ, you have to edit the log file after the contest
in correctly score VA mobile contacts for 3 points. There doesn't seem to be
any way around that right now.
