The program has the following problem...
It changes the radio to the new band. It also puts itself on
that new band.
Then, it reads information from the radio. If that information is
on the old band (for whatever reason), then TR will go back to that
band. Once the radio finally gives it data on the new band, TR will
go back to that band.
I believe that the radio must be giving it at least one datapoint
on the old band AFTER TR has changed to the new one.
