Paul:
The LOGCFG.DAT file is a straight ASCII text file which can be loaded into
any text editor (such as the Windows NOTEPAD) and viewed/edited.
Start NOTEPAD, go to the subdirectory in which you have your LOGCFG.DAT
file and take a look at the contents of the file. Changes are saved IN
ORDER OF ENTRY, down the page, so the most recent changes appear at the
bottom of the file. Parameters are set as the file is read in, so
subsequent changes will reset previously set parameters.
Maybe this will give you a 'feel' for what's going on and why.
