Try <ALT>0263. In IBM type computers, it's the <ALT> key that makes the
supplemental characters. Be aware however, that the special character won't
display in non-IBM computers. And it probably won't act like a zero in any
calculations. In any event, I couldn't get anything but a beep when I tried
<ALT>0263 on my IBM type computer.
