Jay,
Try this. Instead of "restart in DOS", turn the computer completely off,
and then on again. When "Starting Win 98" appears on the screen, quickly
hit F8. A little menu will come up. Select the one that says "Step by
step
confirmation" or something like that. For each step, Just Say No to
everything that is not required for TRLog. (cdrom drivers, sound card
drivers,
win98, etc, etc.).
If you DO get it to work that way, be sure to put the following line in
autoexec.bat:
LOADHIGH SMARTDRV C+
