[TRLog] ALWAYS CALL BLIND CQ

 - Added ALWAYS CALL BLIND CQ (default = FALSE, Control-J).  Will launch
   exchange memory F7 automatically on CW when the CQ EXCHANGE is finished.

Can anybody help me to understand the idea of this function?
