Control-Enter does the same thing as pressing ENTER - but without
the CW. So, you would still have to press Control-Enter twice to
log a QSO.
LOG QSO WITH SINGLE ENTER will do the same thing as pressing ENTER
the first time (send the QSO MESSAGE) and then log the QSO as if you
pressed Control-Enter after that.
