I know on my P233 Laptop, for some reason it takes quite a few seconds to
alt-tab over to the DOS window - too long for contesting. I have no idea
if my system is optimized for Alt-tabbing, but it works okay with windows
applications. The MS-DOS one is the one that takes a long time (like 5
seconds).
