[TRLog] Bug update

This is the problem that I reported earlier that has been giving fits
with the IC-735.  Seems to be pretty much specific to that model and
maybe certain interfaces. I think it was 6.43 or earlier that it works
fine with.  Only the later versions gave trouble with my setup.

I am presently at Santa's Workshop and will be testing out the latest
version of TR and seeing if I can get some more details on it. Basically
it renders control of the radio useless.  You would know it if you had
the problem!
