I had the identical problem a few revs ago. It turned out to be a corrupt
file

Running 6.44 results in NONCW appearing in the mode column, no
multiple bands in the header, and frequency readout in hundreds
of kHz only .
Reverting to 6.43 puts everything right
Duh?
