Correctamundo. The last version of the document suffered greatly from bad
cross-references because: 1) I added a new chapter; 2) the original version
that I was working from had the references hard-wired.
The next version should have all (well, I'm bound to miss some) of the
cross references soft-wired and therefore, one hopes, correct.
