A schematic for an opto-coupled TR (or CT) keying interface is on my web
site (both serial and LPT port):

I build them right into the 25 or 9 pin connector shell on a little piece
of perfboard and use RG-174 to the plug for the rig. Add a short pigtail
and an inline jack to the plug and you can plug your keyer in parallel with
the PC output.
