[TRLog] CW & ARRL Issues

I hope the issues and ideas reletive to the ARRL contest format and the CW 
speed issues are resolved.

The easiest solution is not to submit a log for ANY contest.  And, send cw 
slower - Slower+more participants= 
MORE FUN (S+MP)=NF

Keep the flames - I'm not interested Hi.
