[TRLog] CTRL-Y "REFRESH BAND MAP TIME"

Does anyone have any success with the Ctrl-Y command?

It doesn't seem to do anything here? 

I would think it would check the times the spots were received then remove the 
older ones? Anyway to adjust the time settings on the different colors?
