[TRLog] 765 & Split

I am going to try a small part time effort in the IARU.  This will be my
smallest effort in this test (miricle if I get on!!).
I have the program set for packet and radio control.  I have it working on
an old 286 (still runs!?!).  
How do I have the program control split operation on the 765??
