Last Thursday, we were trying to setup TR (6.01) on an early IBM PS/2.
The DOS version was somewhere around 3 if I recall. When the program
(tr) forst ran, all kinds of ASCII graphic characters appeared. I bumped
the buffers up in config.sys and this went away, but whenever I ran TR,
the program just hung at the command line until I rebooted. The same
thing happened with POST, but the INSTALL program did run. I verified
the unzip process, but other than that I am out of ideas. Does anyone
have a configuration they use on a similar setup?
Thanks,
Tom NY4I
