SB voice keyer for TR log

Hi all,
1. Just got TR log v 5.95 and now wonder if Sound Blaster software
exists to work with TR as a voice keyer. Where can I get it from?
2. Where is the source of Master.DTA file (www or ftp site, or can I get
it by email)
I have tried searching reflector archaive but nothing turned up.
