FT-990

Well, the FT-990 isn't as much like the FT-890 as I thought.

Versions 5.90 and 5.91 don't work correctly with the 990.  However,
if you specify your radio type as FT-1000, it will work just like 
before.  

I will clean this up for the next release and we can see if the 
RIT starts working then.
