I think there might be a contset coming up here soon. Just
a reminder to give me any feedback on the new release before
about 0200Z October 31 (UTC) - that is Wednesday evening USA
time.
I will issue a new release that night if it is necessary. I have
found that I was too aggressive at freeing up some memory and
have slowed down the logging QSO process for those with slow
hard drives. I will probably sacrafice some memory for performance
to help this (they had over 200K of free memory showing).
If you have this problem, using SMARTDRV will probably fix it.
I don't believe there are any problems with SMARTDRV and the
program any more.
I will probably be unavailable on the internet after about 1300Z
on Thursday. If you have an emergency, call George and he will
either help you or know how to get in touch with me.
