Section "NS" is MAR?

Was playing with TRLOG SS simulator today.  Noticed it wouldn't
accept the section "NS" (which was sent by the simulator!)

Now, I think I know the cure -- add "NS" to the line in ARRLSECT.DOM
which starts with "Mar".

2 questions.   

1) Is this correct, that I need to edit the ARRLSECT.DOM file?

2) Does "NS" (Nova Scotia?) belong in the "Mar" section or another
   Canadian section?        (yes, this will only be my 2nd SS - I'm new...)
