New MASTER.DTA for CT (and other?) users

I have uploaded a new MASTER.DTA file to use during CQWW.  This is a
database of known-good callsigns and is useful for Super Check Partial.

Since VE7TCP is down, the file can be found at:

        ftp://boss.databook.com/AD1C/master.zip [East Coast USA]

        ftp://ftp.jzap.com/pub/ct-files/master.zip              [West Coast USA]

        Send E-mail to ct-user-REQUEST@databook.com, and in the body
        of the message, put the line:

                GET master.uue

        This will send the MASTER.ZIP file UUencoded.

Here are the statistics:

The database was compiled from 773 logs encompassing contests from
1994-1996.  The contests include ARRL DX, CQWW, CQ WPX, IARU HF
Championship, WAE and a few ARRL SS logs.

There are 12,450 callsigns listed in the database.  These are callsigns
that were found in at least 20 different logs.  8850 callsigns are DX, and
3600 are USA.

I will probably update MASTER.DTA at least once more (the
weekend of October 19-20) as I receive more logs.  I will send an
annuncement to CQ-Contest when I do.

If you snail mailed me a disk with return postage, I will mail you
the updated MASTER.DTA on Wednesday morning, 10/16.
