In a word, yes. I remember fixing the LOG.DAT to correct the parsing error you

I suppose this means the RESTART.BIN has an older timestamp that the LOG.DAT,
the RESTART.BIN gets recreated _without_ the exchange information, right?
But why wouldn't prior exchange information still present in the TRMASTER.DTA
show up?
