WB5VZL has volunteered to the keeper of the todo list.  I am forwarding 
all the stuff I have on my plate and when he gets it organized, he will 
post it here.  Then you can make sure your input is there.  There
are many things people have asked me for which are still hanging around
(some are close to a year old).  Hopefully this tool will help everyone
understand what is going on (myself included).
