[SECC] W5EW report on the CQ RTTY contest

Ray, W5EW reports conditions have been spotty for the CQ WW RTTY in LA. 
Last year he had over 750 Q's but with 10 hours to go he has only 235 this 
year.

Ray runs 100 watts (IC-7600) and either a 6BTV vertical or a Homebrew OCF at 
a low height.

The SF is over 180 but the A and K indices are too high.  His best band is 
10 and 20 accounts for only 50 QSO's.

Sure wish he had a beam and another 10 feet of Rohn 25 but climbing is hard 
at 72.  He is looking for A52O for a new one but maybe next week on CW.
