Greetings from Boston.  We still could use more team members for NAQP 
SSB this Saturday.  I plan to check e-mail daily and will register the 
team(s) late Friday or Saturday before the NAQP starts.  I will check 
for any last minute requests or changes about 1700Z Saturday, one hour

This Week's Contests:

1.  CWOps Club CWT Mini Tests.  Three one hour mini tests on Wednesday 
local date,  1300Z, 1900Z, 0300Z (Thursday UTC). 160-10M CW.  Exchange:  
Name + CWOps# or SPC.  Look around 028 to 038 kHz plus 1815 kHz.

2.  NCCC RTTY Sprint Practice.  Thursday night local date, 0145Z-0215Z 
Friday.  15, 20, 40, 80M RTTY.  100W maximum power. One kHz QSY rule. 
Exchange:  both calls, #, name, SPC.  Same band dupes OK after one 
intervening QSO.  Look around 080 kHz on each band.

3.  NCCC NS Ladder CW Practice.  Thursday night local date, 0230-0259Z 
Friday.  15, 20, 40, 80, 160M CW.  100W max power.  One kHz QSY rule.  
Exchange:  both calls, #, name, SPC.  No same band dupes.  Look around 
040 kHz plus up from 1815 kHz.

4.  QRP Fox Hunt. Thursday night local.  0100-0230Z Friday.  Two foxes 
between 14050 and 14070 kHz.  5 W max power.  No use of spots.  
Exchange:  RST, SPC, Name, Power.  Work only the two QRP Foxes.

5.  SARTG WW RTTY Contest.  0000Z-0800Z Sat.  1600-2400Z Sat. 0800-1600Z

6.  Russian District Award Contest.  0800Z Sat to 0800Z Sun. 160-10M CW, 
SSB.  Exchange:  RS(T) + QSO# or RDA District Code. Work everyone.

7.  Keyman's Club of Japan Contest.  12Z Sat to 12Z Sun.  160-6M CW.  
Exchange:  RST + Continent or JA prefecture/district code.

8.  North American QSO Party SSB.  18Z Sat to 0600Z Sun.  10 hours max 
for single ops.  100W maximum power.  Exchange:  name + SPC for NA 
stations and just Name for DX outside NA.  Mults count per band.  Team 
competition.
Contact K4BAI for a SECC team and WW4LL for a GCG team.  SECC will 
welecome any ACG members who would like to be on a team.  The Huntsville 
Hamfest this week conflicts with NAQP SSB.

9.  CVA DX Contest.  21Z Sat to 21Z Sun.  80-10M CW, SSB. Exchange:  
59(9) CVA, HQ, MIL, UF, QRP, YL, TEEN, RB, FD, DX.  I guess most of us 
would be 59(9) DX.  Work everyone.

10.  South Afraica Radio League HF Digital Contest.  13Z to 1630Z Sun.  
80, 40, 20M RTTY and PSK31.  Exchange:  RST + #,  Work only So Afr stations.

11.  ARRL Rookie Round Up, RTTY.  1800Z-2359Z Sun.  80-6M RTTY. 
Exchange:  Name + 2 digit year licensed + St/prov/XECode/ "DX." Work 
only rookies.

12.  Flying Pigs QRP CW Club Run for the Bacon.  Sunday night local 
date.  0100-0300Z Monday.  160-10M CW.  5W max power. Exchange:  RST + 
SPC + FP# or power.

13.  CWT next Wedsday.  See #1 above.

Hope everyone has a nice week and a good weekend with a lot of QSOs, 
particularly in NAQP SSB,  Know that those of you who make it to the 
Huntsville Ham Fest will have a good time. Very sorry I can't make it 
this year.
