Thanks for all the responses.

I am leaning toward microham interface, but I think I will need to get 
my CAT port fixed on the rig first.  What is the best path for getting 
an FT1000MP Mark V fixed.  I could probably do it, but my soldering is 
horrible and it does not look easy.
