I am still waiting on my July CQ issue as well. Anyone else having problems?

I have been busy this past month and when the CQ Magazine finally arrived I
noticed it was the July Issue NOT the August Issue.
Am I the only one over a month behind ?
I also notice CQ is now following QST in only printing the contest line
scores on line not in print.
