[SECC] CWOpen Team Competition

Hello all: I got no replies at all to my e-mail about an SECC team for 
the CW Open Contests next weekend.  So, don't be surprised to see me on 
the GCG team being put together by K1ZZI.

I can still register an SECC team if there is any interest.  Even 
without being on a team, I hope all the SECC CW ops will operate as much 
as possible in these three four-hour contests this coming Saturday.
