[SECC] [CQ-Contest] Arizona Outlaws Contest Club to be W1AW/7 in IARU HF Championship July 14-15

Has anyone in the SECC ever applied to allow us to be a HQ station (W1AW/4)
in IARU?  Seems like it would be possible if someone tried ,considering the
Arizona Outlaws have only been around for a few years. It would be a great
club activity and we certainly have a few big stations in the club to be
worthy of the privilege.
