Does anyone here on the SECC reflector know why this list doesn't come out
until several days into the period? Does it come out earlier on other
lists, or is Bruce sending it out late, or is it a quirk of the SECC list??
It's usually not a big deal, but some of the little weekday contests aren't
announced here until after they're over...
