Thirty minutes into the contest my footswitch went out.  I spent a good bit of 
the afternoon trying to fix it but with no success.  So all QSOs after the 
first 30 minutes were made on the hand-held microphone, which was pretty 
cumbersome.

A little under 4 hours operating time.
