145.470 is the North Fulton Amateur Radio League Repeater. It is a pretty busy
repeater during drive times. I hang out there, as do other SECC'ers in NFARL.
The Atlanta Radio Club has 146.820 that is also very active mornings and
evenings with commuters who are SECC members. If you are a real early bird, you
can catch WF4W and others on 146.880 in the AM around 6-ish. It also has
various SECC members.

The .470 and .880 repeaters are on Sweat Mountain between Roswell and Woodstock
on the south side if Hwy. 92. The .820 repeater is on top of "The Pencil" -
the name Ga Tech students have for the Bank of America building (the white
BellSouth building is dubbed "The Eraser").

Between those three machines you should be able to find someone to chat up
contesting with.
