Dear SECC Members,


Our year in office is drawing to a close and I want to sincerely thank all of 
you, the other officers, Fred, WW4LL and John, K4BAI for your encouragement and 
support.  Jim, VE7ZO will provide great leadership.  He is a world class 
contester and is a very objective person who will perform admirably in his role 
as SECC President.  Please give Jim, VE7ZO and the other officers your support.
