[SECC] New SECC Member

Please join me in welcoming Chuck Catledge, AE4CW from Marietta, GA, as the
newest SECC member.

So far, Chuck has been a casual contester but plans to become much more
active.  He just completed the CQ-WPX-CW and enjoyed it.  Chuck says that
his most aggressive "contest" so far, has been the GQP, operated as N4O
along with Mack, W4AX.

Chuck, if you have any questions, please contact me and once again, welcome
to the SECC.
