Dear Friends,
You are receiving this note because you were a past participant and/or
have expressed interest in the Idaho QSO Party for 2011.
We are pleased to announce that this year?s Idaho QSO Party (?IDQP?)
will take place from 1900 GMT on 03/12/11 thru 1859GMT on 03/13/11.
Please note that this is also the date that many regions change to
?Summer Time? or ?Daylight Savings Time?, so you may need to disconnect
your logging program from the automatic computer clock.
We encourage participants who reside in Idaho to consider mobile
operations in ?hard to find? counties, including Benewah, Butte, Clark,
Clearwater, Custer, Elmore, Fremont, Owyhee, Valley (and others, I?m
sure). If you are planning a mini-DXpedition to one of the counties, let
us know in advance and we will post your call sign, planned county or
counties, and planned frequency on the website(s) so that others will
have a chance to land some rare DX.
IDQP information is available on two websites (?mirror websites?) this year:
