Comments:
A lot of fun from a limited time effort. I knew I had to QRT at 0000z, so I
only had half the contest to start with. My wife had also planned to have a
garage sale, in which we put out about 130+ boxes of books. At 1800z, she
decided it was time for me to put the boxes of books away, which took over two
hours. Needless to say, I didn't get on the air until 2020z.
I really wanted to spend some time on 15m, where I need 4 states for 5BWAS. I
had though the band would have closed, but was glad to find it was open. Even
10m was open to several places. I had a great time bouncing between 10 and 15m
for about 2 and a half hours. While I was sorry I wasn't there at the start, I
was glad to have the good conditions while they lasted.
I did manage to work a couple of my needed states, so here's to hoping they
upload to LoTW.
See you all on for NAQP Phone.
