[SECC] W4QO and North Fulton ARL Honors at Dayton

I saw that the message about the link was posted by W2WG but just in case 
here are the locals who will be honored at Daytion.

"Amateur of the Year" - Jim Stafford, W4QO for 50 years of service to 
amateur radio and his support for public service and unending efforts to 
recruit and develop hams of all ages.  Jim was Instructor of the Year in the 
early 1990's.

"Club of the year" - North Fulton Amateur Radio League.
