Note that my summary sent out earlier today made wrong assumptions about
the Thursday night NS Sprint Practice this week. This week, it is only
160 and 80 M and you may use any legal power. Otherwise, the summary
was correct. The exchange, QSY rule, dupes rule, etc. are the same as
