Take what Lee said and add the fact that well-equipped big guns have
multiple antennas per band, and often have an additional low dipole or low
tribander just for domestic contests.
No need to go high power in NAQP. Sprints and SS provide enough high power
overkill for domestic contesting! The existence of cheating is no reason to
change the rules -- heck, I could bitch about all the 3, 5 or 10 kW stations
on 160M, but instead I'll just try to beat them with my wimpy 1.5 kW.
