Well I finally got it.  Thanks to K4DLI who helped me narrow down the 
problem.  I visited the Microkeyer Web Site and they had a setup guide 
for using MMTTY with the Microkeyer. Once I checked all of the 
appropriate boxes in both programs and then reversed the FSK polarity on 
the Orion it all started to work.

I'll try a few QSOs during the contest this weekend.
