[SECC] apology about the name confusion in NAQP for SECC'ers

Hello everyone,  I used "RON" in the NAQP becasue
that's my real name and it causes less confusion to
the rest of the US than "TAD"
I noticed a couple of pauses when some of the folks
around here worked me.
I'll always be Tad around here, but that seemed to
cause a lot of "AGN's" in previous NAQPs.
