Yes,

I read this a week or so ago.   Scott Redd, K0DQ, is the head of the US 
Counter-terrorism Center.  There were quite a few broadcast news stories 
about it the past week.  Before that I think he was an assistant to the head 
of the Provisional Command Authority in Iraq.
