[SECC] IC-701 Troubleshooting

Malcom @ MTS / Malcom Technical Support is reportedly one of the
better repair techs for these older Icom rigs such as this IC-701.
So, I emailed him with a detail of my problem and he replied, almost
immediately, with a potential cause.

He thinks it may be the USB BFO crystal as the same crystal is also
used for CW and RTTY, LSB has its own BFO crystal and would explain
why LSB is still working FB.
