It appears that my effort to forward the comments of W4TV on the GQP
out-of-state club rules failed. What Joe said was that he didn't think
it was fair to exclude a member of an out-of-state club who goes into
Georgia as a mobile or rover from having his in-state score included in
the aggregate score of the out-of-state club. He says the FQP rules
don't work that way, but that our proposed rule would. That would
apparently discourage FCG or TCG hams from using their mobile in Ga
during GQP if their club was in the aggregate score hunt. I tend to
agree with Joe. We might check the FQP rules to see how they word it.
Apparently, if KU8E or KU8E and K4BAI went into FQP mobile again, we
could count our mobile FL score for SECC if we were in their
out-of-state aggregate club score hunt.
73,
John, K4BAI.
