Our big push this weekend will be ARRL Sweepstakes SSB. However, there
are a few others also.

1. NAQCC QRP 80M CW Sprint. Wednesday night local, 0130-0330Z
Thursday. Around 3555 to 3565. Exchange: RST, SPC, NAQCC# or power
output. Multiplier of 2 for hand key. Mult of 1 1/2 for bug.

2. LZ DX Contest. CW/SSB/Mixed. 12Z Sat to 12Z Sun. 80-10M. LZ send
RS(T) and 1 letter district code. Others send RST + ITU Zone (08 for
us). 10 minute rule per band (but not per mode). You can work everyone
for QSO points and mults.

3. ARRL SS SSB. 21Z Sat - 03Z Sun. 24 hour limit. Minimum time off
half hour (note that this means 31 minutes to most of us, so don't cut
it short). Exchange: QSO #, Precedence, Call, Check (yr first
license), and ARRL Section (our state). Precedence: B = high power, A
= low power, Q = QRP, M = multi op, U = unlimited (can use packet), and
S = school. Don't forget to show your club as "South East Contest
Club" (exactly that way and not SECC).

Hope everyone has a nice week and fun this weekend. Help us win a
plaque! 73, John, K4BAI.
