[SECC] Cabrillo files

While we are on the subject of Cabrillo files. I was getting ready to 
send in my CQWWSSB file when I noticed some missing stuff.  The file was 
created by N1MM logger.

Dupes are still in the file and unmarked.  There are no point values 
shown for contacts. Point values range from 0 to 3. Multipliers are not 
marked. Rules say to mark multipliers first time they are worked.  What 
should be done for these things?

The adi file shows dupes and point values but no multiplier info.
