[SECC] Log Submission Extended for NA Sprint CW

There were a few CW Sprint logs that were delayed due to travel for the ARRL
DX Contest.

We have extended the deadline for log submission for another couple of 
days.

See the contest portion of the www.ncjweb.com for log submission info. 
There
is even a web aplet you can use to enter you QSO information from your paper
log.
