Subject: [SECC] Suggestions on avoiding 7040 in SS CW practice contests

I have been informed that there is a QRP Fox Hunt contest on 7040 kHz.
For our SS CW practices, let's focus around 7030-7038 (and 7042+ if
activity warrants), and not disturb the organized operation on 7040. Our
20m and 80m practice frequencies remain unchanged.

The NCCC invites you to participate in two Sweepstakes CW practices this
week:

*Thursday, November 4; 7:30pm-8pm PST
[In UTC: Friday, November 5; 03:30Z-04Z]

*Friday, November 5; 7pm-7:30pm PST
[In UTC: Saturday, November 6; 03Z-03:30Z]

Format:
Sweepstakes exchange.

Suggested practice frequencies:
3540, 7035, 14040 kHz

ARRL Sweepstakes rules:
